Collaborating with Malaysia Raspberry Pi Club, APCORE has organized the Kuala Lumpur Raspberry Jam 2016. Inventors were invited give talks on the application of Raspberry Pi, the credit card-sized computers, to the members of APU and the public.

The members were presented an opportunity to visit one of the leading company in robotics industry, ABB, to have better understanding on how robotics can be applied in the modern world.

The head of research center, Mr Suresh Gobee, has conducted a workshop on BoeBot to APU students to ignite their passion toward robotics engineering.

The center has sent two teams to participate in the Malaysian Robotics Championship 2016. The teams have went through sleepless nights and gained precious experiences while preparing for the competition.
